With a combined 60 years of experience in themed operations and entertainment, our faculty strives to provide worthy perspective on the art and industry of the theme park and related fields.
Ron Schneider is the author of From Dreamer to Dreamfinder: A Life and Lessons Learned in 40 Years Behind a Name Tag (Bamboo Forest Publishing). He has been an actor, voice-over, writer, director, producer and consultant for Universal, Disney and Six Flags parks and themed restaurants, events and attractions across North America. Favorite roles include Traveling Salesman/Pecos Bill in Disneyland’s original Golden Horseshoe Revue; Creative Manager of Universal Studios’ Womphopper’s Wagon Works Restaurant in Hollywood and Celebrity Look-Alike Program in Orlando; and the original strolling Dreamfinder & Figment at EPCOT Center’s Journey Into Imagination.
Josh Young’s passion for the themed entertainment industry has driven him to jobs in operations, training and management, guest services and tours, food and beverage, hospitality/concierge and special projects. In each new role he has aggressively sought the insight and experience that has made him a well-rounded source of knowledge to the industry and the online community.
